About
A BTF Level 2 Triathlon Coach and Level 3 Personal Trainer, Liv is a former track and field athlete, and current triathlete. She is also an adidas Runners Captain, leading weekly community runs across the city of London, and women's runs from the adidas women Brick Lane studio in Shoreditch.
Since hanging up her spikes in 2014, Liv has created a lifestyle out of doing things that both terrify and challenge her. Her first foray into multisport was the Rat Race Coast to Coast in Scotland, which she completed solo in 9 hours (to take the win). Since then she learned to swim and ride a bike, and ventured into triathlon.
She qualified for the world age group championships in her first Olympic distance race, and proceeded to represent GB at both World and European ITU championships at the distance. In 2017 she completed her first 70.3 race to qualify for the world Ironman 70.3 championships in Chattanooga.
Liv is passionate about the power of sport for development and change. She is committed to helping people overcome their fears and seek out a life they love, through sport.....
Liv also has unfinished business with triathlon. She continues to train and race, and is currently focused on the 70.3 distance.
