BESPOKE MONTHLY TRAINING PLAN
A personalised monthly training programme based on your own specific needs, ability and experience. Delivered via the Training Peaks training platform, with unlimited feedback and coach contact.

A personalised programme begins with a detailed consultation where we discuss your athletic goals, experience, and individual needs. No two athletes are the same, and an effective training plan will look different from person to person.
This option allows for a bespoke approach to training, where we can adjust the plan week to week (or even day to day) according to your training response, and daily life constraints.
Training is delivered via Training Peaks. While feedback and communication is centred around the platform, athletes can expect additional coach contact via text, telephone, or email, depending on what works best for you.
INDIViDUAL / 1:1 TRAINING SESSIONS
In addition to the monthly and one-off programmes available, you can also book 1:1 swim, bike and run coaching sessions.
